transformation & high impact blondes education

TO BE ANNOUNCED……..

Education with our Master Colourist, Sian.

Something big is coming to Valley Hair Agency. Our Director and Master Colourist, Sian, is opening up her foils, her formulas and her extension know-how to fellow hairdressers.

Dates and details are on their way.

Meet Sian

Sian has been behind the chair for more than ten years. For eight of them she has owned and run Valley Hair Agency in Woori Yallock, in the heart of the Yarra Valley.

Sian is a real-deal Transformation Specialist. Think bright, high-impact blondes, creamy balayage, colour corrections galore and quality hair extensions. She is the colourist people find when they have never quite landed their perfect blonde, or when a colour has not gone to plan and needs a careful fix.

Sian is still on the salon floor every week, and that is not changing. Everything she teaches comes straight from real clients, real colour and real salon days.

2 x Finalist in 2026 Global Digital Hair Awards for Best Transformation Colourist & Best Hair Extensionist.

Being recognised for both colour and extensions sums up how Sian works. She delivers the whole transformation, from the first foil to the final row of extensions. Sian teaches the way she works: straightforward, honest and with plenty of laughs. Her education is for stylists who want to feel sure of their colour and extension work, at a price that stays within reach.

"You don't need more complicated techniques. You need more confidence in the decisions you're making." Sian

What Sian will cover:

  • High-impact blondes: bright, creamy blondes and balayage with real WOW factor

  • Colour theory and colour corrections, without making a mountain out of a molehill

  • Foil placement that makes sense: where the light naturally touches the hair, and why

  • Hair extensions: colour matching, methods and placement

  • The messy middle: why something worked, and what to do when it does not

No question is too basic, including the ones you think you should already know. The goal is simple. You walk out thinking "I can actually do this."
